Check out your BMI (Body Mass Index) from the graph.
17.5 - 22.5 is acceptable BMI for PMA.
Match your weight from the Rows to your Height from the columns;
you will get your BMI.
For example:
My weight = 54 KG, My Height = 5 ft 8 Inches.
My BMI = 18
BMI Range:
Below 18.5 | Underweight |
18.5-25 | Healthy Weight Range
|
25-30 | Overweight |
Over 30 | Obese |
